The idea is a simple one – that we can stay six feet and build bridges between the small distance that separates us. That we could wear masks and still find a new way to see one another.
There are so many tragedies inside the story of COVID and at the same time the beautiful examples of who we are, in the worst of times, shines through. Its being there for a loved one, a neighbor, a friend. It’s a celebration of all the doctors, nurses and front-line workers that walk into work and harms way – day after day for hours longer than we have a right to ask. It’s the parents that have become home educators, barbers and hair stylists. It’s in the way we refuse to let a virus define us as we discover new ways to define ourselves.
This crisis has shown us, time after time, that we are capable of setting aside “what’s good for me” and working on “what’s good for us”. Our product line is a simple one – a great design and catchy slogan created to remind everyone that sees it that, in this trying time, there are things more powerful than COVID – love being one of them.

VSSL offers free standard shipping on all merchandise orders that are $50 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $50, there is a delivery charge mentioned above.

We are unable to ship to International P.O. Boxes.
We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however, transit times can take longer than mentioned above.
Duties & Taxes: For international orders, shipping fees are exclusive of duties and taxes. These charges are levied by the country you are shipping to, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If the customs charges are not paid, the order will be returned back to VSSL.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
How Do We Use Your Personal Information? We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, browse the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

If you have opted-in to receive Love Over Covid e-mail, we may send you periodic e-mails If you approve. If you have not opted-in to receive e-mails, you will never receive these e-mails.
Promise. Visitors who register or participate in other site features such as marketing programs will be given a choice whether they would like to be on our e-mail list and receive e-mail communications from us. We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Please refer to our “How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?” section to do so.
How Do We Protect Visitor Information? We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to our systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we use a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Do We Disclose the Information We Collect to Outside Parties? We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. The term “outside parties” does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting Love over COVID’ business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety. Non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
A Special Note to Parents: We realize that many children (persons under 18) will visit our site, and we therefore encourage children to consult with their parents before submitting any information to any website, including ours. We encourage parents to supervise their children’s online activities and consider using parental control tools available from online services and software manufacturers that help provide a child-friendly online environment. These tools can also prevent children from disclosing their name, address, and other personal information online without parental permission.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and offer a 30 day return policy. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, either by email at loveovercovid.com or by telephone 647-317-3173. This policy excludes special order or bespoke items which have been ordered to your specification from available options, or that we do not normally hold in stock, or that have been made to order by the manufacturer. These items are not returnable. If you are unsure as to whether an item is special order please contact us before making your purchase.
RETURNS: The cost of returning unwanted goods is your responsibility. Goods must be returned by trackable delivery method and insured for their full retail value. Goods should be returned to the Returns address shown under Terms, or email us for details.
CONDITION OF RETURNS: All goods must be returned in new, unused and original undamaged condition, complete with all original and undamaged packaging and instructions. New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or signs of any wear. We reserve the right not to accept an item with any indication it has been used. You will have the option to request goods be returned back to you, in which case we will charge for redelivery.
REFUND: Postage or delivery costs on unwanted items will not be refunded. We will reimburse you within 30 days of a return (usually as soon as goods are checked). If we have arranged pick up of the goods we will deduct the cost from the refund. You must provide proof of purchase (if you do not have this and we are able to track your order, we may at our discretion still refund you, but we may ask you for proof of your identity and address). If you paid by credit card we will refund to the same card.
